What cut of steak works best?

Boneless sirloin steaks are ideal for this dish as they cook quickly and stay tender when roasted.

Can I substitute the green beans?

Yes, asparagus or broccoli make great alternatives and complement the steak and potatoes well.

How do I ensure the potatoes are creamy?

Boil Yukon gold potatoes until fork-tender, then mash with butter, cream, salt, and pepper for smooth creaminess.

Is it necessary to flip the steaks during roasting?

Flipping midway helps achieve even cooking and a nice crust on both sides of the steaks.

Can this meal be made dairy-free?

Use plant-based butter and milk alternatives to replace dairy without sacrificing flavor.
