02 - 1 small round cheese wheel (Babybel or Brie, 2 inches diameter)

06 - 120 ml black olives (approximately ½ cup)

09 - 120 ml cubed Gouda cheese (approximately ½ cup)
10 - 120 ml crackers (approximately ½ cup)

# Method:

01 - Place the small round cheese wheel in the center of a large serving platter to serve as the base.
02 - Position the large square cracker directly on top of the cheese wheel, aligning the edges to replicate the graduation cap.
03 - Cut a thin strip from the red bell pepper and place one end in the center of the cracker to simulate the tassel, allowing the strip to drape over the edge.
04 - Tie a fresh chive around the base of the pepper strip to imitate the tassel knot.
05 - Artistically arrange cheddar slices, black olives, green grapes, cherry tomatoes, cubed Gouda, and crackers around the cap to enhance appeal.
06 - Present optional hummus and ranch dressing in small bowls alongside the platter.
