01 - 1 cup full-fat coconut milk, chilled
02 - 1/2 cup coconut cream
03 - 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
04 - 1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup, to taste
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - Pinch of sea salt

07 - 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
08 - 1 frozen banana
→ Blue Cloud Layer
09 - 1/4 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
10 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened, dairy-free coconut yogurt
→ Toppings (optional)
11 - 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
12 - 1 teaspoon chia seeds
13 - Fresh pineapple pieces
# Method:
01 - Add coconut milk, coconut cream, shredded coconut, maple syrup, vanilla extract, sea salt, frozen pineapple, and frozen banana to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
02 - Pour approximately three-quarters of the blended mixture evenly into two serving glasses, reserving the remainder in the blender.
03 - Add blue spirulina powder and coconut yogurt to the reserved smoothie left in the blender. Blend until fully incorporated and the blue color is evenly distributed.
04 - Carefully layer the blue spirulina smoothie on top of the base layer in each glass to achieve a distinct cloud appearance.
05 - Finish with coconut flakes, chia seeds, and fresh pineapple as desired. Serve immediately using a straw.
