12 - 1/2 cup sour cream

# Method:
01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks, about 4 to 5 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
02 - Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
03 - Stir in taco seasoning, salt, and black pepper until the beef is well coated.
04 - Add the uncooked pasta, undrained diced tomatoes with green chilies, broth, and tomato sauce. Stir to combine evenly.
05 - Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 12 to 14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and most liquid is absorbed.
06 - Remove the skillet from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
07 - Fold in the sour cream thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
